What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@modsnest.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
I have a discount code — how do I apply it?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount code box before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page in our website footer.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.

Do your organizers require tools to install?
Most of our organizers are designed for tool-free, no-drill installation. Specific installation requirements are listed on each product page.
What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by product — common materials include stainless steel, heavy-duty plastic, acrylic, and fabric. Full material specs are listed in the Specifications section of each product page.
How do I clean and care for my organizer?
Most items can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners on plastic or acrylic components. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modsnest.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
