At ModsNest, we want your storage and organization essentials to arrive safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for all U.S. orders.
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 6–11 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
- Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $8
- Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Because our organizers and storage products are sourced from a curated group of manufacturing partners, items purchased in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, or peak shopping seasons. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ModsNest is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@modsnest.com as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order has shipped.
